2nd Edition of Cameroon Investment Forum Takes Place on 9-10 Nov. in Douala

The 2nd Edition of Cameroon Investment Forum (CIF) will take place in Cameroon’s economic capital Douala from 9-10 November 2017. The event will be held under the very high patronage of the Head of State, H.E Paul Biya under the theme linking the holders of bonuses and technical and financial partners for the promotion of local industry and of investments will be held.

During this edition, about 300 Cameroonian, African, American and European companies are expected to attend. This event is enshrined on the right line of the International Economic Forum organized in May 2016, and the recent forum of the DIASPORA, in compliance with its theme, will focus on six sectors (Agro-industry, metallurgy and Steel, chemistry and pharmacy, (Habitat, energy and digital).

In addition to roundtables, B to B meetings, as well as an exhibition-fair during will also take place during which companies will display their expertise. The 2nd edition of CIF, we learned, will be an opportunity to take stock of the business contacts made during the first edition, which took place from 25-27 November 2015, and which saw the attendance of 200 companies.

For this purpose, a website under the link www.cif2017.com has been created, as well as the email address tienncufrank@gmail.com, in order to allow massive participation of the Cameroon DIASPORA in the event.

In this respect, you are requested to take all appropriate measures to make a wide dissemination of the CIF 2017 to the Cameroonian DIASPORA and the business communities of your jurisdictions.
