Government Emergency Humanitarian Assistance Plan in the North-West and South-West Regions

The Government has issued an Emergency Humanitarian Assistance Plan for both the North-West and South-West Regions. With a projected budget of about CFA 13 billion, it is a call for solidarity and generosity, which is in line with previous government actions, as was the case with the crisis resulting from Boko Haram terrorism.

The areas of intervention, identified as priority areas for the implementation of this Plan, are: protection of displaced persons, provision of foodstuffs and basic necessities, health care, education, resumption of agricultural activities, housing, reconstitution of civil status documents and individual administrative documents.

The Plan will be financed by public funds and solidarity resources, both national and international. Here is the attached plan.
