A Power of Attorney is an important legal document. It is made to give the person whom you have designated as your agent or representative (your attorney in fact) broad powers to make legal decisions for you in a variety of situations. This is to allow another person other than yourself to handle your affairs for you legally. (Download Power of Attorney form).

Note: To make a power of Attorney document. That is to grant someone power of attorney, the applicant must report him/herself at the Embassy following an appointment with the following legal and valid documents: 1) A valid Passport.

                                                2) The amount of € 15.

                                                3) A fully filled downloaded Power of Attorney form.
