The Embassy's office hours are from: 09.00-17.00, Monday-Friday excluding Cameroonian and Netherlands Holidays

• Visa applications: 09.30 hrs - 12.00 hrs
• Visa or Passport withdrawal: 14.30 hrs - 15.30 hrs

All applications or documents related to the application of Visas, Passports, Laissez-passer etc... must be deposited between 09:30 Am and 12:00 noon from Mondays to Fridays.
Withdrawal or the collection of Visas, Passports or Laissez-passer can only be done as from 14:30-15:30 pm daily.
