Public Notice: All In-Person Services Now Suspended Due to Spread of Covid-19

The Embassy of Cameroon in The Hague hereby informs the public, in line with the ongoing fight against the spread of COVID-19, that all in-person services have been SUSPENDED until further notice.

The Consular Service would, however, continue to serve the public via mail. Visa applications, requests for legalization and other documents should be mailed (ambacam-la-haye@planet.nl) to the Embassy for processing. Users should ensure that their application files are complete, including a return shipping label. For passport applicants, registration would still be possible, but only on appointment. Those desirous of establishing a Cameroon passport should request for an appointment by sending an email to ambacam-la-haye@planet.nl. The Embassy further informs that passport applicants would be received only on Thursdays. All scheduled marriage celebrations and meetings have also been put on hold.

The Mission counts on the understanding of all users, to keep the spread of Covid-19 virus at bay.
